Khagga and Co is a unique and innovative firm providing accountancy, taxation and business advisory services to SMEs and individuals across the UK offering unmatched value for money. Formed in 2014, we now have over 150 clients to whom we offer bookkeeping, accountancy, taxation, compliance, and business advisory services to. Bookkeeping

The systematic recording and organising of financial transactions. Bookkeeping is an integral part of the accounting process and we can assist you in tidying up this process and helping you stay compliant.

Company Accounts

All businesses are required to submit a final set of accounts for each year that they trade. We will work with you in order to understand your business and tailor our approach to meet your requirements and ensure all of your obligations are met. We also prepare accounts for sole traders and partnerships.

Corporation Tax

All limited companies must file an annual corporation tax return. We will consider how best to minimise the tax payable by the business by claiming all allowable reliefs and allowances and look at the best strategies for tax mitigation when preparing your accounts.

VAT

Generally, VAT registration is required when business turnover reaches the £85,000 threshold in any 12-month period. However, businesses can elect to register for VAT before the threshold is met and we can assist with advising you on the pros and cons of this approach. Our specialist team can assist you with VAT registration, planning and completion of the quarterly VAT returns.

Self-Assessment

We will work with you to collate the necessary figures and evidence required to submit your self-assessment tax return to HMRC on time and provide advice on what you need to declare and ways the amount of tax payable can be minimised whilst remaining compliant.

Payroll

The growing complexity of taxation and employment legislation has made administrating payroll time consuming, costly and burdensome. By outsourcing your payroll to us, our experienced team will handle all of your payroll needs and ensure all statutory requirements are met.

Pension Compliance

Automatic Enrolment requires all UK employers to enrol qualifying workers into a pension scheme in which both the employee and employer contribute. Auto enrolment is currently being rolled in stages across the UK and our team can assist you in setting up the scheme, modifying the existing scheme and making any necessary changes to payroll in order to comply with the new requirements.
